Hi Everyone. I cannot purchase additional OneDrive storage for my Microsoft 365 Personal 1TB account. My OneDrive storage is currently full, but I am unable to purchase additional space. Is there a way to check my account? Thank you very much. I am from Vietnam. My account is ******@outlook.com Best and Reagard!

    Hello

You are not talking to support here. This is community forum, so no one can actually access your account to review it for you.

However, can you share the exact error message if there was any? What did it say when you tried to purchase the additional 1TB storage?

Also, was your existing Microsoft 365 personal signed up in a different country other than Vietnam?

If you go to your profile https://account.live.com > Your info, is the country Vietnam?

For a Microsoft 365 Personal account, these are the supported checks and limits:

    1. Open the Microsoft storage area in the account dashboard to verify the current quota and usage: Open account dashboard Once signed in, select Microsoft storage to see the details.
    2. If the account already has Microsoft 365 Personal, the included OneDrive storage is 1 TB.
    3. Additional file storage can be added only by the subscription account holder using Extend your OneDrive: Extend your OneDrive
    4. If extra storage was already purchased but does not appear, open Manage storage, refresh the page, and allow up to 24 hours for the quota to update: Manage storage
    5. If the quota still has not updated after 24 hours, try unlinking and relinking OneDrive.
    6. If the account is over quota or frozen, access is restored by either deleting files or buying more storage. Changes can take up to 2 hours to apply, and if the account is still frozen after 4 hours, contact support: Manage your OneDrive storage
    7. If the issue is mailbox storage rather than OneDrive file storage, consumer mailbox storage is capped at 100 GB and cannot be increased beyond that on consumer plans.
