Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Good day Peniel,
To access the Microsoft 365 admin center, you must sign in with a work or school account that has an administrator role assigned in the organization and please note that the personal account isn't supported for Microsoft 365 admin center.
Based on the screenshots, your school account doesn't currently have the required admin permissions. Access to Azure for Students and access to the Microsoft 365 admin center are separate. An account can access Azure resources while still not having permission to manage Microsoft 365 services.
If you're an end-user (student) and need access to the Microsoft 365 admin center, I recommend contacting your school's IT administrator and asking them to assign an appropriate Microsoft 365 admin role to your school account if such access is permitted.
Note: In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
Once an admin role is assigned, you will be able to access the Microsoft 365 admin center using the school account.
I hope this information is helpful. If you're the sole administrator and cannot access the Microsoft 365 admin center using your admin account, please let me know.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
