Macbook unable to edit on word

Hi guys im facing a serious issue and although I raised a ticket on Microsoft support almost 5 days ago until today no agent has contacted me.

So I have a Microsoft subscription thats supposed to include office word on desktop, currently only my Web version of word works on my mac book and I've been trying to edit documents and it keeps saying to me all sorts of error messages which are 0x0 whenever I try to sign out and sign in.

Im unable to use word now for some days and have been having some serious issues although it works perfectly on my mobile phone with the same account.

Could you please guide me?

I followed all the guidelines deleted my key chain credentials did it all and nothing works even when I sign out and sign back in... what is the reason?!
