    Hi, @Tim Hazelbaker

Yes, this can be expected if your Microsoft 365 Premium subscription is still active. Microsoft 365 Family is considered a plan with fewer features, so you may need to wait until Premium expires before switching to Family.

First, check the expiration date and make sure recurring billing is turned off here: https://account.microsoft.com/services You should not need to reinstall the Microsoft 365 apps when the subscription changes.

For the Dell purchase, the other issue is accessing the product key.

    To help narrow that down:

    1. When does your Microsoft 365 Premium subscription expire?
    2. When you say you cannot access the Dell Account Key, is the key missing from your Dell account, or do you get an error when trying to view it?
    3. Have you already tried redeeming the Dell key, or have you not been able to see the key yet?

    Thanks!
