I have been logged out of Microsoft Authenticator, and when I try to sign in to my Microsoft account, it requires approval through the Authenticator app. This means I’m unable to log back into Authenticator because it requires Authenticator approval to sign in.
Could you please reset the MFA settings / require me to re-register for multifactor authentication on my account, so that I can set up Microsoft Authenticator again?
