Peace be upon you.

We would like to inform you that we have an account ([Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] @barqinternational.sa), but we are currently unable to access it because the subscription has expired.

Could you please advise us on how to renew the subscription?

Many thanks.

    Dear @Information,

If the subscription associated with the account has expired, access to Microsoft 365 services may be limited until the subscription is renewed.

    To renew the subscription:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using a Global Administrator account.
    2. Navigate to Billing > Your products.
    3. Locate the expired subscription and select Renew or Reactivate.
    4. Complete the renewal process and verify that licenses are assigned to the affected user account.

If you are unable to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center because all administrator accounts are affected, please contact Microsoft Support in your region for subscription reactivation assistance.

You can to contact Microsoft Support team via phone service number: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

If you can't create a support ticket during the call, I recommend creating a temporary tenant account and submitting the support request from there. To create a new tenant, follow these steps:

    1. Visit Office 365 E3 - Enterprise Collaboration and Productivity | Microsoft
    2. Select any plan and click Try for free.
    3. Complete the setup to create a new tenant.
    4. Ticket support: In the Microsoft 365 admin center>support>help & support. You can create a support ticket: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests

Important: Please remember to cancel the trial subscription once your issue is resolved to avoid any charges.

For additional guidance, please refer to How to renew your Microsoft 365 subscription
