[HLK] Hardware Submission Error: "There was an error while submitting certification properties"

Hello everyone,

Has anyone encountered the following error during the Hardware stage when uploading WHQL test results ?

I asked an ODM-customer to assist with the submission. The same .hlkx package was successfully submitted by another ODM-company using their Microsoft Partner account, and the WHQL certificate was generated successfully.

I have tried different browser to Google Chrome, and also tested Chrome Incognito Mode.

However, the same error message still appears :<
