See when and where you've used your account? Different countries/device/platform

I had an Asian language under my picture in outlook, although everything else was English with no problems. Took me forever to find out how to fix it, even looking at self help and it was set at English. What they don't tell you is to right click on the bar then go to settings. Though you still had to figure out how to find the English. It was the only place. So, in doing so I got into the account settings where it gives you more information, I never keep my devices synced if that makes a difference. I use my Android phone a lot more now in checking my email because that is where I saw this problem. It uses google, so in checking where you've used the account it had me all over the place, from Venezuela to Singapore and a few other places. Would this be because, the android signing into a few different places? I don't recall ever getting emails with unusual activity detected?

I don't really want to click, "this wasn't me" because I don't know. If I click it, I assume MS will block it? And getting hold of someone to fix it, I imagine is impossible? It gives me the correct email address. Thanks
