It is not recommended to remove the Authenticator verification step from the sign-in process for security reasons. Instead, she can select the 'I can use authenticator right now option' and use your password to sign in to your account.

The question was to change the Authenticator login to a password, for which I have provided the steps before.
If you would like to completely remove the authenticator verification and change the password for your account, you can sign in to the Security settings page of your Microsoft account here-

If you have two-step verification turned on, make sure you have at least three verification methods, such as recovery email addresses and a password, to verify your identity.
To remove Authenticator sign-in notification, expand the arrow next to 'Send sign-in notification' and click Remove. You will no longer be prompted to use Authenticator verification to sign in next time.
