How do I change logging in with Authenticator to logging in with a password so that my partner can access my emails?

    The reply provided “ the keyhole” but not “the key”because I have been using Authenticator for so long that I have forgotten my password and can’t find a Microsoft option for restoring it

    Hello,

    It is not recommended to remove the Authenticator verification step from the sign-in process for security reasons. Instead, she can select the 'I can use authenticator right now option' and use your password to sign in to your account.
