I cannot view files and folders created in OneDrive from another computer

I have tried a few ways to see the file, one of which user account which is correct and can't seem to view the files.

    Hello,

    You can try resetting OneDrive using the steps here-

    If these steps did not resolve the issue,

    1. Right-click the OneDrive icon on the taskbar to check whether syncing is working properly. If you get any Sync error message, share the complete error message here.

    In addition to this, check whether the folder you created on Computer A is reflected in OneDrive online. If there are any Sync issues with the device itself, the folders may not sync there, so we need to check that device as well.

    the suggetions mentioned did not solve my problem, user account is not the issue. I cannot quit One Drive to restart either.
