Attempting to sign up for a pay-as-you-go Azure subscription as an individual in the United States with my personal Microsoft account. Sign-up ends at "You are not eligible for an Azure subscription." Session ID 6ddc136a-308b-4d27-b7bd-ae0f1ee29606, TimeStampUTC 9/8/2026 10:10:18 PM. Profile, card and phone details are correct. I have several personal Microsoft accounts; none has ever had an Azure subscription, and the phone number and card may be associated with more than one of them. I cannot open a portal support request because the account has no directory (AADSTS16000, tenant "Microsoft Services"). The subscription is for Azure Artifact Signing as an individual developer. Please review and unblock subscription creation.
