We used to be able to customize the fill colour, or remove the fill colour, from the Status Reason boxes on PCASE. It appears that is no longer an option. As the fill is dark blue for "in progress" and "finalize" it is difficult to read what the status reason is as it is in black font. Is there any way to change this?

    Dear Renay,

As a forum moderator I can only provide general guidance, and not able to investigate Dynamics-related service behavior, data issues, or environment-specific problems.

Unfortunately, I do not have visibility into the customization options available within your specific PCASE/Dynamics environment.

As this appears to be related to the configuration and behavior of the Status Reason field and its associated color formatting, I recommend contacting your Dynamics 365 support team for further assistance. They will be best positioned to confirm whether the color settings can still be customized in your environment or if this behavior is due to a recent platform update or configuration change.

Please open the Contact Microsoft Dynamics 365 page and pick the support option that works best for you.
