Welcome Hunter Johnson
I know how frustrating it can be when you're locked out of your PC.
To better understand the situation, could you please clarify:
- Are you signing in with a personal Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Live.com) or a work/school account?
- Do you know the password for the Microsoft account currently shown on the sign-in screen?
- Is the phone number verification prompt offering any other verification methods, such as an email address or Microsoft Authenticator?
In the meantime, please try these quick checks:
- On the sign-in screen, select Sign-in options and look for the password icon. If available, sign in with your Microsoft account password instead of setting up a new PIN.
- If you can access another device, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com using the same Microsoft account. Verify whether the account information is current and whether you can successfully sign in there.
- If the verification phone number is no longer yours, select any available options such as I don't have these, Use a different verification method, or I can't get a code and let me know what options are offered.
