Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @Noel Wilson

I understand how frustrating it must be to have your task usage run out halfway through your project, especially when you could not find a clear way to track it.
Task usage and AI credits are tracked separately and depend on the exact Microsoft 365 plan. For a personal subscription, sign in to your Microsoft account and open Services & subscriptions to check your plan and available AI credits. If you are using Copilot Cowork, enter /cost in the task to view the approximate credits used for that task, your monthly usage, and the remaining balance. The /cost command does not consume credits.
Please also verify the exact subscription name shown on the page, as “Microsoft 365 Professional” may refer to a business plan with different Copilot benefits. If the usage shown does not match your subscription or you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, please contact Microsoft Support so they can review the billing and usage details.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.
