Onedrive vault cannot be opened

I understand that you cannot unlock your OneDrive Personal Vault on Windows 11, iPhone, or iPad.

May I know whether you receive a specific error message or error code when you try to open Personal Vault?

In the meantime, you can try the following checks:

1. Update Windows, iOS/iPadOS, the OneDrive apps, and your browser. Personal Vault is supported on Windows 11, supported iOS devices, and the latest versions of Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.
2. Sign in to OneDrive on the web using an InPrivate or Incognito window, then try opening Personal Vault.
3. If you normally use a passkey or another passwordless sign-in method, select Other ways to sign in and try your Microsoft account password instead.
4. When unlocking the Vault, choose another verification method if available, such as Microsoft Authenticator, an email code, or an SMS code.
5. Temporarily turn off any VPN or proxy and test with another network, such as mobile data.
