None of my projects will sync to OneDrive. "There was an error backing up your media" appears on every project after a short while. I have contacted support, but they know nothing about it and don't have the ability to look into it or help in any way. I have plenty of storage space, a good connection, a current subscription, no files show any errors, the video plays well, I can export to a finished file, but I cannot make a copy and should anything happen, my projects are lost forever.

    Also, worth checking:

    Suggested solutions

You can reactivate the OneDrive entitlement of your Microsoft account by signing into OneDrive via the following link - OneDrive Login.

There, follow the instructions to reactivate your OneDrive entitlement. Once reactivated, reload the Clipchamp desktop app and check if your permission to create and access Clipchamp projects is restored.

If the above solution doesn't resolve the issue, you can try signing into Clipchamp's web application instead of the desktop app. Both are functionally identical, so your video creation needs are fully met with the web application. https://app.clipchamp.com

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

    Hi David,

    Do you have saved projects?

The steps below may remove them, so please save them beforehand.

Press Windows+R on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type/Paste %localappdata%\Packages\Clipchamp.Clipchamp_yxz26nhyzhsrt

    Press Enter.

Delete everything in the folder, including subfolders - ensure Clipchamp is closed beforehand.

Restart the computer and verify if the problem goes away.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
