Hi @OSMAN, Zekiye (THE VILLAGE SURGERY - E83031)

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I’m very sorry to hear about your situation. Regarding that you’re unable to log in to your account.

I’d like to ask a quick questions to better understand your situation and assist you effectively:

Could you please clarify whether you are an end user or an admin?

If you are an end user I would recommend you contact your account's Admin to reset your MFA settings through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center. Ask your administrator to follow these steps:

Revoke MFA sessions and require re-register in the Microsoft Entra admin center

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Entra admin center with the admin account
    2. Go to Users
    3. Select the affected user account
    4. Open Authentication methods
    5. Revoke sessions
    6. Select Require re‑register MFA
    7. Save the changes

You could provide your admin this article for a better view: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID |…

If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

Thank you again for your time and understanding. I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response.

For a work account, try these checks in order:

    1. If the sign-in is asking for a code from Microsoft Authenticator, make sure the Authenticator app opens normally, is responsive, and the work account is still listed in the app.
    2. Update Microsoft Authenticator from the device app store, then try again.
    3. Make sure the app is unlocked and notifications are enabled. Silent or disabled notifications can prevent authentication from completing.
    4. Check the device network connection. If needed, switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data.
    5. Verify the device date and time are correct.
    6. Restart the device and try signing in again.
    7. If the app shows a two-digit number matching prompt and it still says the code is wrong, try Other verification options and use a different MFA method if one is available.
    8. If many sign-in attempts were made, Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication can temporarily block more attempts. Wait and try again later, or use a different MFA method.
    9. If the account is no longer registered in Authenticator, or no other verification method works, contact the organization's IT admin or helpdesk. An IT admin can investigate Microsoft Entra sign-in logs and help reset MFA methods if needed.

If the issue continues, send logs from Authenticator before contacting support: open the app, go to the app's top-level menu, and select Send feedback.
