I cannot edit blocked senders list

I am not able not change blocked senders list, I want to remove one of email adress from blocked list, but it always say that "Couldn't save changes
Something went wrong. Please try again later"

I tried it with incognito window and with different browser (chrome, firefox) it was not helpful. I am trying it since 1 week and it doesnt work!

If you only need to get an email off your Blocked list, or add to Safe, but can't save changes:

For Outlook.com, blocked senders can normally be removed from Settings > Mail > Block or allow or Junk email, then Save. Since this already fails across browsers and incognito, the supported workaround in the available guidance is:

Sign out of Outlook.com.
Open a private/incognito browser window.
Sign in to the Microsoft account privacy page and clear browsing/search history.
Sign back in to Outlook.com.
Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email.
Delete every entry in Safe senders and domains first, then select Save.
Go to Blocked senders and domains, remove the address that should no longer be blocked, and select Save.
If any Mail > Rules entries were created to block or move similar messages, disable them before trying again.

If the blocked sender is still delivering mail after removal, Outlook.com guidance states the sender may be changing addresses or hiding the real address. In that case, check the message headers to find the real sender address and block that address instead, or create an Inbox rule based on common words in those messages.

If the issue continues, use Outlook.com support from within a signed-in Outlook.com session by selecting Help and then Still need help?

Thank you for your patience, Ed. I have consulted with our Tier 2 team and they confirmed that this is a known issue affecting some Outlook.com users. We have received multiple reports of customers being unable to save changes to their Safe Senders or Blocked Senders lists and receiving the message: "Couldn't save changes. Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Our engineering team has already identified the root cause and a fix is currently being rolled out to affected accounts.
