Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

tried to sign in so many times by too many methods that she cannot longer enter the email. We set the biometric verification and it was correctly verified, but the account still doesn't let us sign in.
What does the Account Sign-In Helper say about the status of your account and what suggestions does it offer to gain access?
- In a Private/Incognito browser session, open: https://aka.ms/sign-in-helper
- Scroll down to "Choose how you normally sign in, then enter your details"
- Click "With an email address"
- Enter your email address and click [OK]
Unfortunately, they forgot the backup email's password and we already filled the form for recovery. We know this is due security protocol, but she is in a urgency to enter her account.
If you can not complete any verification method (e.g. Password, code sent in an email) then your only path forward is the Account Recovery Process.
