I recently just been hacked my account , i am using an other account to perform this. I received an email that my passkey had been removed , and when i logged in , my pass key didnt work (read email after tried loging in) , then i went another way to sign in and i saw a weird email with ubertip.com at the end. I still have emails it has contacted , my 2fa has been altered (i dont know how). And now i cant log in , i also bought minecraft on this account and i even have the user , the servers, and even the skin it has. I know a lot about the account , i think i can prove it is mine , specially when i still have access to the 3 2fa i had. On my other account , i am also in a family group as a member.

I’m sorry this happened. The unfamiliar ubertip.com address, removed passkey, and altered verification methods strongly suggest that someone changed the account’s sign-in information.

Please start with the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper. Enter the original email address or phone number and follow the prompts for a compromised account. The tool can provide the appropriate recovery steps or an option to contact support.

When asked for ownership details, provide as much accurate information as possible, including previous passwords, the original account details, your Minecraft/Xbox gamertag, devices used with the account, purchase information, and any verification methods you still control. The recovery guidance specifically includes fields for Xbox users.

If you received a security notification about the passkey or security information being removed, check whether the message contains an option to cancel or report the change. Do not share the unknown email address, recovery codes, order numbers, or other personal information publicly.

Being a member of a family group does not provide another member with access to the account, so recovery still needs to be completed through the account recovery process.

I have already tried the sign in helper , but because 2fa is enabled , they automatically send me an email saying they can’t do anything. Is there another step I need to do . And where can I contact a real expert on a call, and is all my info enough for him to change the 2fa ect . ( can’t the family account help because I have contact with all the members of the family group and the organizer. The group was made before it was compromised)

Unfortunately, if two-step verification is enabled and you cannot access any of the registered verification methods, support agents cannot remove 2FA, change the account details, or send a manual reset link. Microsoft’s recovery guidance confirms this.

You may still try the Microsoft Support contact page to have a live chat session, but an agent cannot bypass the ownership verification requirement.

The family organizer also cannot recover or modify another member’s account. I’m sorry, but there is no manual override available through this forum. Thank you for your understanding
