Windows Login and BitLocker Access Issue

Hi Support Team,

I’m currently experiencing an issue where I’m unable to log in to my Windows device.

I’ve tried several solutions, including looking for my BitLocker recovery key and accessing my email account to retrieve the key. I can successfully log in to my email, but I’m stuck because I’m unable to access the required BitLocker information.

Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can access Windows again?

Hello,

As per the screenshot, it seems that you've updated the Security Information in your Microsoft account -

You've updated the old @outlook.com to the new @shd.or.id address.

According to the Microsoft article here, if you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into a restricted state for 30 days.

So, in this case, you have two options here-

Wait 30 days for your security info to be updated. So that you can view the BitLocker recovery key and sign in to your account. If the files are really important on the device, you can use this method. (OR)
You can perform a full factory reset of your PC from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) and set up Windows with another Microsoft account. You can use this method if you want to use the laptop. But all of your data will be deleted during the system recovery process.
