I'm located in Pakistan, which is listed as an Azure-supported country. I'm trying to create a new Azure account, but I receive "You're not eligible for an Azure account." My billing country, phone number, and payment method are all from Pakistan. Please review my Azure signup eligibility.

    Just to gently clarify before going any further, this forum is separate from Microsoft Azure Support.  I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user‑to‑user support forum.    

    This error doesn't always mean your country is unsupported. It can appear when your account details, payment method, or verification information cannot be validated, or when the same details have already been used with another Microsoft account. 

    Please try the following: 

    1/ Review your account and verification details

    2/ If you are applying for Azure for Students 

    Make sure you meet the eligibility requirements and complete academic verification using your school email address.  

    If your account doesn't meet the requirements, the signup process will display this error. 

    If you meet the eligibility requirements and still cannot sign up, please contact Microsoft Azure Support. In the Azure portal, open Help + Support and select Create a support request.
