Hello,

I previously had a Microsoft 365 E5 Developer subscription, but the subscription later expired or was discontinued.

I am currently unable to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program Dashboard. The following error is displayed:

Error message: We're unable to sign you in with this account.

Error code: 41102

MS-CorrelationId: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

Approximate time of occurrence: September 7, 2026, around 6:30 PM Taiwan Time (UTC+8)

I have already tried clearing browser cookies and cache, using private/incognito mode, and signing in with different browsers, but the same error 41102 still occurs.

I would like Microsoft to review the current status of this account in the Microsoft 365 Developer Program and determine whether there is any account restriction, eligibility issue, or backend flag preventing access to the Developer Program Dashboard.

I am not requesting restoration of my previous E5 Developer Sandbox or its data. I only want to know whether the 41102 sign-in restriction can be removed so that I can access the Developer Program again and go through the current eligibility evaluation process.

If this issue requires a backend review, could you please advise how this account can be reviewed by the Microsoft 365 Developer Program support or backend team?

If I meet the current eligibility requirements, I would like to be able to apply for a new Microsoft 365 Developer Sandbox.

I can provide additional account information privately if required.

Thank you.

    Dear @CRONOS SU,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you're unable to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program Dashboard and are receiving Error 41102 after your Microsoft 365 E5 Developer subscription expired. You've already tried browser troubleshooting steps and would like Microsoft to verify whether any account restriction, eligibility issue, or backend flag is preventing access, and whether you're eligible to rejoin the program and apply for a new Developer Sandbox.

To ensure this issue is reviewed by the appropriate team with access to Microsoft 365 Developer Program account records and eligibility systems, I recommend submitting a support request to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program Support team.

They are best equipped to investigate the Error 41102 sign-in issue, review the current status of your Developer Program account, and determine whether any account restriction, eligibility condition, or backend flag is preventing access to the Developer Program Dashboard.

Please visit the Microsoft 365 Developer Program portal and from there, sign in with your account and select 'Support' and provide details about the issue, including:

    • The account used to sign in to the Developer Program
    • The Error 41102 message
    • The approximate date and time the issue occurred
    • The troubleshooting steps already performed (such as clearing cache/cookies, using InPrivate mode, and trying different browsers)
    • Screenshots of the error, with any sensitive information removed

You can also follow the instructions from this article: Get Help with the Engage Center Platform

If you're able to access Engage Center, kindly submit a ticket there as suggested above.

I appreciate your patience and understanding!
