    Hi Gloria,

Good day. I wouldn't recommend simply mailing a general cancellation request there as the first step. That address is specifically used for a formal Notice of Dispute, rather than ordinary Microsoft 365 subscription cancellation. Microsoft provides a specific Notice of Dispute form for this purpose. If you've been trying to cancel for over a year, I wouldn't keep going in circles with the same cancellation steps.

First, check [Microsoft Services & subscriptions] and make sure you're signed in with the Microsoft account that's actually being billed. If the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer, the cancellation has to be handled through that provider instead.

If you specifically want to send Microsoft a formal written complaint by USPS, you can mail a Notice of Dispute to:

    Microsoft Corporation

    ATTN: CELA Arbitration

    One Microsoft Way

    Redmond, WA 98052-6399

    USA

Microsoft has an official Notice of Dispute form for this address, and it asks you to include your contact information, Microsoft account details, what happened, and what resolution you're requesting.

I'd recommend keeping a copy of everything you send and using a mailing service that gives you proof of delivery.

If you're still being charged after attempting to cancel, the better next step may be to have Microsoft Support look at the billing/account side directly rather than simply sending a cancellation letter.

    Regards,
    Jhun
