Do you see an error message or a warning of some type?

Do you have OneDrive app installed and running? If so on the lower right of the taskbar, right click on the cloud icon and go to resume sync option.

    To resume syncing in OneDrive:

    1. Select the paused OneDrive cloud icon in the notification area on the taskbar.
    2. In the activity center, select Resume syncing.

If the icon is not visible:

    1. Select Show hidden icons in the notification tray.
    2. If OneDrive still does not appear, open Start, type OneDrive, and select OneDrive.

For OneDrive for work or school:

    1. Select or right-click the OneDrive for work or school icon in the Windows notification area.
    2. Select Resume syncing.

    Useful notes:

    • Syncing also resumes automatically when the selected pause time ends.
    • A paused OneDrive icon shows a paused symbol.
    • If OneDrive has been stuck on Processing changes for a long time, pausing and resuming can help.
