A Microsoft offering that enables tracking of cloud usage and expenditures for Azure and other cloud providers.
Hello @Mushishi Assassiin
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Support,
I understand how concerning it must be to receive an invoice for $6,139.79 that you do not recognize, especially when you cannot see any Azure subscriptions or billing information in your account.
Based on what you've described, the invoice appears to be associated with a subscription or billing profile that is not currently accessible through your Microsoft account. This is why you are unable to view the invoice details or create a billing support request through the Azure portal.
As you do not recognize these charges and believe they may be unauthorized, we recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly for further investigation. Please use the Microsoft Support Contact Page and select Billing as the support topic.
To help expedite the investigation, please provide the following:
- Invoice number and invoice date
- Invoice amount ($6,139.79)
- The email address that received the invoice
- A screenshot showing no Azure subscriptions or directories in your account
- A screenshot of the permission error when attempting to view the invoice
- A screenshot of the message preventing you from creating a support request
We also recommend securing your Microsoft account by changing your password, enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and reviewing recent sign-in activity.
Once the Billing team receives this information, they can identify the subscription and billing profile associated with the invoice, investigate the charges, and take appropriate action if the charges are determined to be unauthorized.
Please let us know if you need any assistance gathering the requested information.
