Office 2024 included with my ASUS laptop is not activating. Word shows Microsoft 365 Unlicensed. I purchased the laptop from Amazon and the listing included Office 2024 and 365.

    Open the Store App.

    Go to the Library section, is there an 'Included with this Device' section and if so, is Office 2024 indicated in that section?

    If you have already tried to activate the Office 2024 licence, log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find the Office 2024 licence listed there?

    If not, what is the make 9Dell, Lenovo, Asus... etc.) of your new laptop.
