I understand how concerning this must be, especially since your Minecraft ownership no longer appears under the account.

Because the issue started shortly after you used a Minecraft bot on Discord, please stop interacting with that bot and do not enter any additional passwords or verification codes through links it provides. If you entered your Microsoft credentials or an authentication code through the bot, your original account may have been compromised or its sign-in information may have been changed.

The account you registered again with the same email address may be a different Microsoft account. Minecraft ownership remains linked to the Microsoft/Xbox account that originally purchased or redeemed the game, so an account newly created with the same email address will not automatically inherit that ownership.

Please use the Microsoft Sign-in Helper and enter the email address for the original account. If you can still access that account, change its password immediately, review the security information, remove anything you do not recognize, and sign out of unfamiliar devices. You can also follow Microsoft’s guidance for recovering a hacked or compromised account.

For the missing code, check the junk/spam folder of the recovery email and avoid requesting the code repeatedly, as repeated attempts or unusual sign-in activity may temporarily prevent code delivery. More guidance is available under Troubleshoot Microsoft verification code issues.

Could you also confirm whether the Discord bot asked you to enter your Microsoft password, verification code, or Authenticator approval, and whether the original email address now shows “That Microsoft account doesn’t exist” when you try to sign in directly on Microsoft’s website?
