First time here. For work I often have to download multiple email attachments at once. The Windows app version of Outlook is extremely slow for some reason for basic things like switch accounts/folders so I use the web version for most things. When signed in through Outlook Cloud on the browser I seem to be missing the "Save all attachments" option that I see in the desktop version. I've seen screenshots that people have taken with regular Outlook that show it but so far nothing for the Cloud version. I'm honestly not very familiar with it at all but have to use it for work. Is this simply just not an option for the Cloud version or am I missing something? When I click the dropdown arrow on the attachment the only options that I see are Preview and Copy.

    Dear Jim,

Outlook on the web does support downloading all file attachments from a single email.

Try opening the message in a new window and testing in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window. If Download all is missing from every message containing multiple regular attachments, your organization’s download policy or browser security settings may be limiting the available actions. In that case, please reach out to your Microsoft 365 administrator to test the same message and review any policies that restrict file downloads from Outlook on the web. If you don't know who your IT administrator is, please refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.
