Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi @Boopathi S,
To help narrow this down, could you provide:
- Is the PC domain-joined and managed through Group Policy or Intune?
- Are you signed in to Office with a work/school account?
If this is a work account, ask the Microsoft 365 administrator to verify whether access to Office Store add-ins has been restricted at the tenant level.
From the screenshot, the "More Add-ins" button is disabled and Office displays:
"There are no add-ins available for you. Contact your IT administrator or try changing your privacy settings for Optional connected experiences."
This is often caused by either:
- Office Store access being disabled by policy or Group Policy.
- Optional Connected Experiences being disabled.
- A Microsoft 365 Apps sign-in or licensing issue.
- A registry/GPO setting blocking web add-ins.
If you are a Microsoft 365 administrator, you can check whether Office Store access is restricted at the tenant level by following these steps:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Go to Settings > Org settings.
- Select the Services tab.
- Open User owned apps and services.
- Locate Let users access the Office Store.
- Ensure this option is enabled (checked).
- Click Save.
