Need help updating old email to new

I need to update my email ASAP, my old email, i can no longer access, is <PII removed>@icloud.com. I need to change this email as soon as possible to <PII removed>@icloud.com so that I can get important school documents. Apple has shut down my email, and it is urgent that i get this new email switched. I cannot wait 30 days for this to take place. i will do what ever authorization needed in order to update my account information. My phone number has changed as well.
