Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Good day SATYAM,
Just to gently clarify before going any further, this forum is separate from Microsoft Support. Forum users, moderators and Microsoft external staff cannot access user accounts or directly escalate cases. For security and privacy reasons, Azure-related issues can only be handled by Microsoft's dedicated support teams.
Azure for Students is available to full time students who are 18 years old or above, enrolled at an accredited two year or four year degree granting institution, and able to verify their academic status using a school email address.
The offer is limited to one Azure for Students subscription per eligible user, is nontransferable, cannot be combined with other offers unless permitted by Microsoft, and isn't available for MOOCs or professional training programs provided by for profit organizations.
Additional information is available in the following resource: What is Azure for Students? | Microsoft Learn
Please first confirm that your school account meets all of the requirements above. Should you be unsure, please contact your school's IT administrator for verification. In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
Situation 1: If the account doesn't meet these requirements, you can consider Azure for Students Starter instead.
Situation 2: If the account meets all eligibility requirements, I recommend selecting the Contact Support option. This will open the Microsoft Azure portal on the Help + Support page. Then, select Create a support request.
Note: If you don't see the support option or if it shows a message stating that you don't have permission, you will need to reach out to your school's IT administrator and ask them to create an Azure support request in the Azure portal.
I hope this points you in the right direction. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
