Request for Microsoft Authorization Letter / MAF for Government Tender Participation

We are a System Integrator and Indian based IT Solutions organization engaged in the supply, implementation, and integration of IT hardware, software, networking, and related technology solutions for government and enterprise customers.

We are currently participating in government tenders where Microsoft products are required as part of the overall solution. As part of the tender compliance requirements, we are required to submit a specific authorization letter / Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) from Microsoft authorizing the bidder to supply Microsoft products.

We therefore request your guidance and support regarding the process for obtaining the following documents from Microsoft:

1. Specific Microsoft Authorization Letter / Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) for the concerned tender.
2. Microsoft Partner/Authorization confirmation, wherever applicable.
3. Any other OEM authorization, certification, or supporting document required to establish our eligibility to supply genuine Microsoft products.
4. Guidance on the appropriate Microsoft partner/channel program through which our organization can obtain such authorization.

We would be grateful if you could advise us on the eligibility requirements, registration process, documentation, and applicable procedure for obtaining the above authorization.

We are also interested in establishing a long-term association with Microsoft as an authorized channel partner/CSP partner, rather than limiting the request to a single tender.
