Hello,

When I login to my Onedrive account at https://onedrive.live.com/ and try to Open a file it gives me a "404 file not found" error for all files in the cloud. I'm not able to Download any of the files either, only Open or share are options. I'm not able to see the files under "My Files" either, when I try to access it it gives me a "Sorry, something went wrong - unknown render failure" message.

How can I Open and Download my files in OneDrive?

I’m having the same problem. I tried your method, but I still don't see the file in "My files." I can see the filename on the "Home" page, but there are only two options: "Open" or "Share." When I click "Open," I get a "404 Not Found" error, and when I click "Share," the page just keeps loading.

    Hello,

If you’re experiencing this problem when signing in with your personal Microsoft account on OneDrive online, see whether you can log in and access all your files in incognito mode.

    1. Open any web browser and launch an incognito tab (A private browsing session).
    2. Go to https://onedrive.live.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account.
    3. See if you can access and download your OneDrive files.

If you can access your files in a private window, clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies, then try accessing OneDrive again in a regular browser tab.

Alternatively, try switching to a different Wi-Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot, and check whether you can access your OneDrive cloud files.
