Setting up future meetings with participants using Teams calendar or Outlook integration
Hi Laeeq,
Unfortunately, Microsoft Teams does not currently provide a built in option for organizers to remove a specific person after they have already completed webinar registration. Once a registrant is registered, there is no organizer control in the Teams webinar interface to delete that registration before the event starts.
If you have manual registration approval enabled (available with supported webinar features/licensing), you can approve or deny registration requests before attendees are admitted to the event. However, this only applies to pending registrations and does not remove users who have already been accepted and registered.
As a workaround, organizers can:
- Prevent unwanted attendees from joining by using meeting and lobby controls during the event.
- If necessary, create a new registration link and share it only with the intended audience, then update the webinar details accordingly.
