How to sign the authenticator app that has been signed out?

I want to sign in my Microsoft account, but they ask for the authenticator code which I can't have it because of it signed out. every time I want to sign up, the ask the code. even when I want to sign in back the app, the ask the code too. its kind a loop. so, what step should I do to break these circles?
