Microsoft Office 365 does not work in my Mac.

Dear Team,

I have signed up into Microsoft 365 account from Apple App Store. However it does not work and it causes problem.

Please fix the problem at the earliest

    Did you try installing it via the Mac App Store, and did it result in an error?

    Or

    Did you try installing it directly via this link?
