Needing the ability to run some reports from data in Bookings

We are needing to pull some reports from our Bookings calendar. Is there a way for us to do this? If so, can you please let me know how, and if we can select different criteria for the searches, such as: date range of bookings, starting time of those bookings, person assigned to those bookings, etc.? Please let me know as soon as possible, as this is a critical time crunch for needing this data report. Thanks so much in advance for your time! =)

    Hi Risa,

For your concern, yes, you can export appointment-level data from a Shared Bookings calendar and then quickly filter it by booking date, start time, assigned person, service, and other fields. For an urgent one-time report, exporting to Excel is the fastest approach.

    To export the Bookings report

    • Sign in to Microsoft 365 using an account that has access to the Bookings calendar.
    • Open the App launcher and select Bookings.
    • Open the appropriate Shared Bookings calendar.
    • From the Shared Bookings home page, select Export on the top right
    • Choose the required date range > Export to download the report as a tab-separated values file, or .tsv.
