    1. What exact error message does the sender receive when they try to email your address?

    Please try sending a test email from one of your accounts to the affected email address. If you receive a bounce-back error message, share the exact error message here.

    1. Also, make sure you have enough storage in your OneDrive account.

    With your Microsoft account, you get 5 GB of OneDrive storage and 15 GB of Outlook email storage. If you exceed either limit, you may not be able to send or receive emails.

    1. Open an incognito tab on any web browser.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account using the link below to check whether you have enough storage.
