A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi,
I will assist with a fix.
- Click the OneDrive cloud icon(the Blue one) in the notification area > Settings.
- Go to Sync and backup > Manage backup.
- Check whether Documents is being backed up by the Business account.
- If it is, turn off the Documents backup. When OneDrive asks what you want to do with the files, select Keep the files only on my PC.
- After the backup is stopped, open File Explorer and check your normal local Documents folder:
C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Documents - If the files are still under something like:
C:\Users\<YourUserName>\OneDrive - <BusinessName>\Documentsmove the personal files from there to:C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Documents
If it is turned off somehow, let me know.
I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
