My Documents folder for my Personal account currently shows up as being a separate Documents folder in my Business account OneDrive folder. All of the personal account files are found in the Document Folder of my Business OneDrive account. How do I get them back into the documents folder for documents of my Personal account, where the files are located on the PC and not in the cloud

    Hi,

I will assist with a fix.

    1. Click the OneDrive cloud icon(the Blue one) in the notification area > Settings.
    2. Go to Sync and backup > Manage backup.
    3. Check whether Documents is being backed up by the Business account.
    4. If it is, turn off the Documents backup. When OneDrive asks what you want to do with the files, select Keep the files only on my PC.
    5. After the backup is stopped, open File Explorer and check your normal local Documents folder: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Documents
    6. If the files are still under something like: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\OneDrive - <BusinessName>\Documents move the personal files from there to: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Documents

If it is turned off somehow, let me know.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
