I can't cast to a teams room. Teams is telling me to turn on bluetooth but it is on and in settings location services are on for teams. but teams still doesn't see me. How do I fix the BLE problem

    do not know how to get to the teams room portal on the device. the device is a poly com x52 controlled by a poly com tc10. can you help with the poly com setup
