As you are using Windows 11, see if you can Point-In-Time restore to a time prior to running Revo.
Note: Point-In-Time is different to System Restore and can be functional even when System Restore is disabled.

I think that Revo does normally create a system restore point before proceeding. Did you check for it?
You can run the command rstrui for quick access.
Hi Felix Tobing,
Since the issue started after using a third-party uninstaller and it appears that shortcuts, app registrations, or Windows Search functionality may have been affected, I'd like to better understand the scope of the problem.
Could you let us know:
In the meantime, you may also try using Fix issues by reinstalling the current version of Windows if you're using Windows 10 or 11, which reinstalls the current version of Windows while preserving your personal files, installed apps, and settings. This process repairs Windows system files and components that may have been altered or removed accidentally.
Please let us know the results of the questions above, and we'll continue narrowing down whether this is primarily a Windows Search/indexing issue, missing application shortcuts, or a deeper system component problem.

Try these steps in order:
If the apps work only when a shortcut exists, but cannot be found after the shortcut is deleted, that usually means Search or the app installation is damaged rather than the shortcut itself. In that case, the most relevant steps are Search and Indexing troubleshooter, then Repair, then Uninstall/Reinstall.
