Hotmail the category Pinned emails is missing from the top of my hotmail. It only says Flagged

I noticed that the "Pinned" category is missing from the top of my Hotmail account. It only shows Flagged. At the same time, my 30 Pinned emails are missing. Why did Microsoft delete this category?

    The pinned email feature is working correctly here. There are two possibilities:

    1. Outlook is currently experiencing issues in many regions. It is possible that this feature is affected by the outage.
    2. You may not be logged in to the correct account. Please verify the same.
    3. Ensure the correct folder, i.e., Focused or other, is selected correctly.
