Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi,
To make things a little easier, you can first check which licenses are assigned to your account by signing in to the following page and reviewing the Licenses section: https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony#subscriptions
If a license was only recently assigned or modified, it is worth noting that changes can sometimes take up to 24 hours to fully propagate across Microsoft 365 services. Therefore, in some cases, allowing a little more time may be all that is required.
That said, this page is primarily intended for viewing the subscriptions associated with your account. If you need to review additional subscription details, such as its current status, renewal or expiration date, or the number of available and assigned licenses, you can sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using an account with administrative permissions. From there, navigate to Billing > Your products, then select the relevant subscription to view its details.
Furthermore, if you are unable to access the billing information, I recommend confirming whether your account has been assigned an appropriate administrative role, such as Global Administrator, Billing Administrator, or another role with billing-related permissions.
I hope this helps clarify things. Let me know what you find, and I will be happy to point you in the right direction.
