Windows update cannot get Outlook and Teams to work together.

After recent Windows update i cannot get Outlook and Teams to work together. I cannot create a Teams meeting from Outlook. There is no Teams icon showing to create a meeting in Outlook.

    Could you please confirm whether you are currently using Classic Outlook or New Outlook for Windows? If possible, please also share a screenshot of the complete Outlook window showing where the Teams Meeting icon is missing. Please hide any email addresses, meeting details, or other sensitive information before sharing it.

    In the meantime, please try the following steps.

    If you are using Classic Outlook, open Outlook and go to: File > Options > Add-ins

    Please check whether "Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office" is listed under "Active Application Add-ins".

    If the add-in is not active, return to: File > Options > Add-ins

    Next to Manage, select Disabled Items, and then select Go. If the Teams Meeting Add-in appears there, select it, choose Enable, and restart Outlook.

    • Open Outlook and sign in with the same account.
