    Try these checks in order:

    1. Open the booking link in an InPrivate or Incognito window.
      • If it works there, the issue is likely browser cache, extensions, or the browser profile.
    2. Clear the browser cache.
      • In Microsoft Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Choose what to clear > select Cached images and files > Clear now.
      • Then try the booking link again.
    3. Disable browser extensions or add-ins temporarily.
      • Ad blockers, VPN extensions, and similar add-ins can interfere with Bookings sign-in and redirects.
      • If the link works after disabling them, re-enable one at a time to find the cause.
    4. Try a new browser profile.
      • If the problem is tied to the current profile, a clean profile can confirm it.
    5. If the sign-in page keeps looping or signs out immediately, check browser cookie/security behavior.
      • For Microsoft sign-in pages, cookie sharing across Microsoft domains can fail if browser security settings are interfering.
      • If using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge with trusted sites configured, make sure these sites are not partially split across security zones:
        • microsoft.com
        • support.microsoft.com and subdomains
        • login.live.com
        • login.microsoftonline.com
      • If organizational policy requires trusted sites, all of those sites should be in the trusted sites list together.
    6. If using a personal Microsoft account, first sign in at https://login.live.com/, then open the booking link in a new tab.
    7. If the problem is only with the Bookings admin experience and it always signs out, ask the Microsoft 365 admin to check:
      • whether Microsoft Bookings is enabled for the organization
      • whether the account has a license that includes Microsoft Bookings and the Bookings service plan is enabled
      • whether the account has a properly provisioned Exchange Online mailbox
      • Entra sign-in logs and Conditional Access results for the failed attempt

If the booking link still fails after private browsing, cache clearing, and disabling extensions, this usually needs admin investigation of Bookings configuration, licensing, or access policy.

    Hi @Alexis Sayles

To ensure I fully understand your situation and provide the most effective assistance, I’ll need a few additional details, such as:

After logging in, do you see a blank page, or are you taken straight back to the sign-in page?

Does this behavior appear for another user in your tenant, or does it affect only your account?

Have you tried accessing the booking link from a different device or browser? If so, does the same behavior occur?

Were there any recent changes made before this started, or did the issue appear unexpectedly?

In the meantime, you could try the AI's suggestion to see if they help. Please let me know the results, as that will help me better understand and address the issue.

    Any update would be appreciated.
