How do I fix PUID name when I have tried everything.

My Outlook.com address is ******@hotmail.com. Emails are being delivered from the correct address, but recipients see puid-000600002E6B4303 as the sender display name. My primary alias and Outlook From address are correct, and I have updated my Microsoft account display name to “Intertwined Design EST23”. The raw message headers confirm SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass and the Return-Path is ******@hotmail.com. I need the PUID removed from the outgoing sender display name and the sender identity refreshed.

puid would normally be a Microsoft's Passport Unique Identifier value. But that's only for internal use. And yours doesn't match the normal format. Don't know how it got into your Display Name for outgoing mail.
