Managing meetings and events using Outlook on the web for business
Hi @Cole Amaris
Outlook does not provide a general option to automatically exclude calendar items based on the organizer or calendar name. Therefore, changing a standard Outlook calendar setting alone may not prevent these entries.
If events from Praha are being automatically added to your calendar and automatically accepted, the first step is to determine where those events are originating.
Could you first confirm whether only the events associated with Praha are automatically accepted and added to your calendar, or whether all meeting invitations are automatically accepted?
If it happens only with Praha, this is more likely related to how the Praha calendar, group, resource, or scheduling system is configured, rather than a general OWA calendar setting.
You can also open one of the automatically accepted events and check the Organizer, Calendar, and Required/Optional attendees fields. If a delegate, shared calendar, or resource is involved, this information can help identify what is automatically creating or accepting the event.
If your goal is simply to avoid these entries affecting your view of your schedule, please also confirm whether Praha appears as a separate calendar in Outlook. If so, you may be able to hide that calendar from view while keeping your personal calendar visible.
