Using Outlook for Android for personal email and calendar management

I’m sorry this has been so stressful. Since Outlook is still working on your laptop, please do not sign out, remove the account, or change the password there for now.

As your mobile phone is Android, please first update the Outlook app through the Google Play Store. Then open Outlook and try signing in with your full @outlook.co.uk email address.
If the screen asks for a passcode, PIN, fingerprint, or face verification, it may be asking for the code used to unlock your Android phone rather than a separate Outlook passcode. If available, select Other ways to sign in or Use your password instead.
Please do not repeatedly guess the passcode, and do not remove the Outlook account from your tablet yet. If you still cannot sign in, use Microsoft’s Sign-in Helper from the laptop where you still have access:
